Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order with Oh! Sew. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to adhere to our terms.

Pricing
The prices that are shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT. If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not it has been confirmed. If this is the case, you will be notified, and a full refund will be given. The prices that are shown on this website are for internet sales only.

Cancellation
Oh! Sew have the right to refuse an order at any time. If this is the case, you will be notified via email and refunded immediately.

Product Descriptions and Colour Accuracy
Great care has been taken to ensure accuracy about product descriptions and colour accuracy when photographing the fabrics. We can not guarantee an exact colour match as there is a difference in peoples computer monitors.
If you have any queries about a product or would like more advice about colour matching, then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We reserve the right to alter the price of a product at any time.

Pre-Washing Fabric
We recommend that you pre-wash all your fabrics on a gentle, short cycle before using, especially if a fabric is a bright or dark colour or if there is a linen content in your fabric. If you have any queries about washing and care instructions about a fabric, then please contact us for direction.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any shrinkage of fabric as a result of washing. Please take into consideration that fabrics can shrink before buying.

Product Availability
At Oh! Sew we only have a limited amount of fabric in stock. It is possible that a fabric that you have ordered may no longer be available. If this does happen, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be offered.
It may be possible to reorder stock which means that you could be given the opportunity to back-order the product. This means that our delivery time for back-ordered stock may take longer than our normal delivery times.

Returns Policy
Due to the fact that our fabrics are cut to order it is not possible to return any products. If however, there is an issue with something that you have ordered due to a fault or damage then please get in touch and we will endeavour to refund or exchange the product once we have been given a chance to inspect it.

We retain proof of postage for all items posted and can not be held responsible for any packages going missing in the post. We also cannot accept liability for returns lost in the post, so we strongly recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting or use recorded delivery.

Delivery
Once we have received the payment for your goods, we will then aim to have your parcel ready for dispatch within 48 hours. If the goods happen to be out of stock, we will notify you by email. We endeavour to deliver our products within 2-3 days of dispatch, however we are reliant on a third party carrier (Royal Mail) and so cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss caused by delays.

Payment and Security
All transactions which take place on our website are processed securely through PayPal. All your payment details are held on PayPal secure servers and so we have no access to any of your card or payment details. We may contact your bank if we suspect the transaction is fraudulent in anyway, this may cause a delay in processing and dispatching but is in the best interest of the customer.
